Halo 3 And Other Titles coming to Steam

Halo 3 may be heading to PC  if a new addition to the Steam Database is to be believed.
Originally spotted by a NeoGAF user using xPaw's Steam Database search, a series of new entries in the Steam registry suggests that the game will soon be winging its way onto Steam alongside a host of other titles.

PC ports such as Resident Evil: Revelations, there are also a fair few titles that we had no idea were coming to Steam until now. Among these are La-Mulana, Fez, Dyad, Cut the Rope, Quantum Conundrum 2, Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition, Shadow Warrior Complete, Halo 2, Halo: Combat Evolved, Angry Birds Space, Angry Birds Seasons and Second Life.

this doesn't necessarily mean that the games are coming to Steam; Valve could just be about to add Steam Community hubs for non-Steam games, though this would be quite out of character, especially with Halo 3 not currently being available on PC.

Some or all of these games are going to appear on Steam sometime in the future. A Community Hub for Halo 3 was discovered shortly after the new registries were found but swiftly removed, suggesting either a mistake was made or Valve isn't ready just yet to make the big reveal. Given the contents of a recent Microsoft job listing though, it seems the company has been investigating adding more of its titles to Steam.luke karmali
