Blizzard’s Exec VP is not happy with upcoming OS

Blizzard’s Executive Vice President Rob Pardo has tweeted “Nice interview with Gabe Newell – “I think Windows 8 is a catastrophe for everyone in the PC space” – not awesome for Blizzard either.”
The Blizzard bigwig was referring to an interview earlier in the week by Microsoft’s Ed Fries with the Valve boss at Casual Connect in Seattle. The fear is that Microsoft’s control over applications and purchases made in Windows 8 will restrict the scope of games for big PC publishers like Valve and Blizzard.Will keep an eye out on new developments
